Yoga I - Hatha Yoga, Meditation
 
   
The first level in the structured yoga course, a teaching that has relevance for everyone. The course is a combination of asanas, pranayama, Surya namaskara, different forms of basic meditation, deep relaxation and self observation. The yoga program is preformed in a gentle pace with attention on the breathing and the inner body. This gradually leads the body and mind to become calm.

Yoga I with Qi Gong - Hatha Yoga, Taiji Qigong, Meditation
 
   
The first level in the structured yoga course combined with qi gong, a teaching that has relevance for everyone. The course is a combination of asanas, pranayama, taiji qigong, different forms of basic meditation, deep relaxation and self observation. The yoga program is preformed in a gentle pace with attention on the breathing and the inner body. This gradually leads the body and mind to become calm.

Qi Gong - Jia ke Hara - Walking holiday with Qigong
 
   
Come for one or two weeks, for a walking holiday with Qi Gong and meditation. This region offers some of the best walking – and the cleanest air – in Greece. On the walks you'll find herbs like oregano, thyme, sage, rosemary, wild lavender, and hibiscus, as well as wild orchids. Alongside the walks Qigong is offered, and other optional activities.

Yoga II - Kriya Hatha Yoga, Meditation
 
   
The second and final level in our structured yoga seminar. This course is for friends that have already joined a minimum of one of our courses, or for those who have developed enough experience with Yoga, Qi Gong or Meditation. The practice is an integration of the practices from 'Yoga I'. Asanas, pranayama, meditation, relaxation and self observation are combined into one practice. The yoga program is preformed in a gentle pace with attention on the breathing and the chakras. This balances the life energy and an deep inner purification begins to unfold that in turn leads to more self awareness.
