Yoga II
Yoga II - Kriya Hatha Yoga, Meditation
The second and final level in our structured yoga seminar. This course is for friends that have already joined a minimum of one of our courses, or for those who have developed enough experience with Yoga, Qi Gong or Meditation.

The practice is an integration of the practices from 'Yoga I'. Asanas, pranayama, meditation, relaxation and self observation are combined into one practice.

The yoga program is preformed in a gentle pace with attention on the breathing and the chakras. This balances the life energy and a deep inner purification begins to unfold that in turn leads to more self awareness.

Yoga performed in this way is an combination of different Yoga Systems especially  Raja Yoga, Hatha Yoga and Jnana Yoga.

In parallel with the practice you will receive more explanations on how to practice Yoga according to the Indian tradition.

There will be plenty of opportunities to try to apply some of the more subtle yoga-methods outside the class when we eat, swim, talk , walk etc.
 

The actual practice will be preformed outside surrounded by nature 

Yoga Program (8 days)

07:30-08:00 - Meditation
08:00-08:30 - Surya Namaskara
08:30-09:30 - Breakfast
10:00-12:30 - Kriya Hatha Yoga
12:30-18:00 - Free time; To swim and enjoy the beach
18:00-19:30 - Deep Relaxation, Meditation- and Concentration exercises
