Yoga I - Hatha Yoga, Meditation
The first level in the structured yoga seminar, a teaching that has relevance for everyone.

The seminar is a combination of asanas, pranayama, Surya namaskara, different forms of basic meditation, deep relaxation and self observation.

The yoga program is preformed in a gentle pace with attention on the breathing. This gradually lead the body and mind to become calm. In this state of calmness our life-energy start flowing freely and we begin to experience the beneficial effects of yoga. With a combination of calmness and mental attention the stored up tension in body and mind is slowly being released. As a result our overall wellbeing increases.

In parallel with the practice you will receive an introduction into the classic Indian yoga systems and a clear explanation on how yoga works.

In the whole course it will be pointed out how you can implement yoga in daily life.
The actual practice will be preformed outside surrounded by nature 

Yoga Program (8 full days)
 
07:30-08:00 - Guided Meditation
08:00-08:30 - Surya Namaskara
08:30-09:30 - Breakfast
10:00-12:30 - Hatha Yoga
12:30-18:00 - Free time; To swim and enjoy the beach
18:00-19:30 - Deep Relaxation, Meditation- and Concentration exercises
